There are 30 intensity levels to choose from so that users can set their individual preferred training load. The Elegance Vibration Trainer has 4 programs (manual, walking, jogging, and racing). With a vibration amplitude of up to 10mm each body part can be toned and strengthened.

The handy remote control is used to set speeds, time or exercise mode and the settings can also be selected directly on the control bar including the LCD display. The Elegance Vibration Plate provides a full body training for fitness and vitality. With additional accessory exercise straps, the legs and arms can also be trained at the same time.
